So, you should try to keep them at moderate levels, or at least balance them out by drinking plenty of water.
One thing you might not have thought about that definitely plays a role in cellulite is smoking. Smoking, aside from being bad for your general health, can actually cause the connective tissue in your skin to get weaker. That can build up cellulite. So, if you smoke, you may want to quit, if you want to get rid of that cellulite trouble.
When it comes to cellulite, the last major thing to avoid is stress. Stress can really increase your cellulite risk, not to mention taking a toll on your general health. So, if you’d like to fight cellulite, just try to lead as healthy and stress-free a life as you can.
