Here is the “Million Dollar Question”

Are diet pills safe? Every year millions of Americans go on a diet and many look for just the right diet pill to help them attain their goal. The question is: Are diet pills safe? Well according to what we have studied about diet pills, some are safe, just not effective, others are temporarily effective but not safe and some do actually help in weight loss, but are not the miracle we are all looking for. So that you don’t have to ask, ¨are diet pills safe?¨ We have started reviewing some of the ingredients and products on the market and will help you find those safe diet pills… Hopefully!

Most of us want to lose weight, and probably need to lose weight and we try, but sometimes it can be hard especially when we work. Fitting in an exercise routine into a work schedule can be difficult, and this may make us want to find the ultimate safe diet pills to aid in our weight loss, so we look through the newspaper, magazines, reviews, and online for the latest information about diet pills. We just want to know: ¨Are diet pills safe and will they work?¨ The answer is…there really is not a simple answer. There is not any real research on most of these products and the information about diet pills is usually biased and a marketing technique used by the manufacturers themselves.

Most of us that have to diet want to find a quick short cut to dieting so we look for effective diet pills but never seem to find just the right ones, and in many cases we open ourselves up to those terrible ¨scams.¨

Recently I read an ABC news report about a diet pill scam. Apparently this company portrayed itself as a research company looking for people to try their ¨safe diet pills.¨ The company advertised by telling people they could make $300 a month for a year by testing these new pills. All you had to do was fill out a medical history form and send in a $144 refundable deposit, and you were on your way to earning money and losing weight! Problem is once they received your $144 you automatically lost touch with the company! I guess they forgot about the test, or maybe they just had enough information about diet pills!

So, lets get back to the question. Are diet pills safe? The truth is, some are so safe that they are totally ineffective, others just offer the pills and you never get them, others are unsafe because of stimulants and other ingredients.

In fact I was just reading about a certain diet pill, Nuphedragen. Apparently this diet pill is very effective but contains phenylethylamine, which is also called the ¨love drug.¨ It is also reported to have prescription strength pain relievers. The phenylethylamine combines with the synephrinehcl which really burns fat, and suppresses your appetite and gives you a real high and increases your energy. In fact you feel so good that you can barely eat anything! These are very effective diet pills, but are they safe? Well that’s questionable! In fact, The product may be so unsafe that it is even hard to find in the US because stores fear it being pulled off the shelves like Ephedra was.

After reading many reviews of diet pills as well as researching 100’s of products, I am still convinced that the best way to lose weight is the old fashioned way, through diet and exercise. So, when you ask me: Are diet pills Safe? I’ll ¨hmm¨ and ¨hah¨ and tell you that some are, and some aren’t, but you are still better off losing weight by changing your eating patterns and getting on a good exercise routine.
