Though I believe Fat loss For Idiots will work for just about anybody there are certain things that need to be done to lose weight. There is no secret pill so to speak. If a person follows the rules, (which are pretty simple and don’t include calorie counting), you should be able to lose 8lbs to 10lbs in 11 days.

A warning though! Before starting any diet plan consult your doctor to make sure don’t have any health problems that will be aggravated by a change in diet.
